Who sells the wine

All wine is sold and delivered by PT. GODRINKS BALI INDONESIA, licensed alcohol seller (licence 123456789). Proed Wine Club is a members' community; it does not sell wine itself.

Age

You must be 21 or older to join. We check ID when wine is handed over or delivered, and we won't hand over wine without it.

Orders and payment

Prices include all charges shown at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received. Unpaid orders expire and the wine goes back on sale.

Points and tiers

• You earn points on paid wine orders, as shown on each package. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Your tier is based on lifetime points. Spending points never lowers your tier.
• If an order is refunded, the points it earned are removed, which can lower your tier.

Events

• Bookings made with points can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event; the points come back.
• Paid tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, points are returned and paid tickets are refunded in full.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us at hello@wineclubbali.com. Approved refunds are paid in full to the original payment method.
